Commercial Interior Design Bank, Kiryas Joel NY
We were faced with interesting challenges when asked to design this NorthEast Community Bank branch located in a newly-constructed local mall. The bank’s motto is the embrace of community and family. The location called for additional privacy measures to protect the interest of the clients.
Natural Elements
We were a part of the process from the beginning. Working within our spatial limitation, we designed a dome in the lobby area to create visual interest.
The bank is located in a suburban area. Therefore, we decided to embrace the natural elements in our design. Die Cut metal tree screens on exterior walls and blowing leaf patterns on the office walls provide privacy while keeping the contemporary open office vibe of glass walls.
When considering the finishes, we went with a neutral palette and focused on textural solutions with a custom reclaimed bottle glass chandelier, tree patterned screens, leaf motifs, wood grains, and leathers.
This was a great partnership with John Till Architect.
